Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi for a WordPress Developer / Graphic Designer / SEO Expert. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining WordPress websites, including custom themes, templates, and plugins that align with branding and usability standards. The team member will create and refine visual assets such as graphics, banners, and layouts for web pages, marketing materials, and social media, ensuring cohesive and professional design. Daily responsibilities include implementing on-page and technical SEO best practices, optimizing site performance, monitoring analytics, and improving search rankings and user engagement. The role also requires collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, perform regular updates, and ensure websites support MedAxis Solutions’ healthcare services and business goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills to create accessible, user-friendly interfaces.
• Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills to manage WordPress configuration, integrations, and performance optimization.
• Candidates should possess Web Design and Web Development skills to translate business requirements into functional, visually consistent websites.
• Candidates should have experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, custom post types), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP or similar technologies.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) for digital asset creation.
• Candidates should have practical knowledge of SEO best practices, website analytics tools, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Candidates should exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field, and prior experience in healthcare or service-oriented businesses, is beneficial.
