AI Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-grade Generative AI applications using Python
• Build scalable RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and semantic search
• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and enterprise LLM integrations
• Integrate and optimize Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, and Anthropic Claude models for business applications
• Develop RESTful APIs using Flask or FastAPI for AI-powered services
• Design scalable AI architectures with microservices and cloud-native deployment practices
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve response quality, accuracy, and reliability
• Build semantic search applications using vector databases such as ChromaDB, MongoDB Vector Search, or similar
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure engineering best practices
• Participate in architecture discussions and drive AI innovation across projects
• Deploy and maintain AI applications using CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments
• Ensure AI applications are scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Python development
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLMs
• Strong expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, or Claude
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex
• Experience building Agentic AI applications using MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Knowledge of Vector Databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant, Weaviate, or MongoDB Vector Search)
• Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask
• Strong Prompt Engineering skills
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
