Job Description As the founding Customer Success Manager, you will build the post-sales function from the ground up for a cutting-edge voice AI platform. You’ll partner with small business owners to drive adoption, consult on use cases, and manage the full commercial lifecycle. This is a high-impact, scrappy role for a builder-minded operator.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end customer journey, including onboarding, consulting on AI implementation, and driving product adoption.
• Lead commercial conversations, managing renewals and identifying upsell opportunities to grow the account base.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product and GTM teams to develop playbooks and scale the customer organization.

The ideal candidate

• Proven track record in a customer-facing role at a growth-stage SaaS company or early-stage startup.
• Deep builder mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and create processes from the ground up.
• Exceptional communication skills tailored to non-technical buyers and small business owners.
