Dolsten & Co. is Growing Our AI Artist Team

We’re looking for exceptional AI Artists to join us as either full-time team members or freelance collaborators .

We’re interested in artists with a strong foundation in design and art direction who are excited about pushing the boundaries of AI-driven commercial production.

Agency or production company experience is a strong plus.

We’re less interested in what tools you’ve used, and more interested in how you think creatively. If you understand cinematic storytelling, composition, lighting, character consistency, and visual problem solving, we’d love to see your work.

Experience with platforms such as Runway, Veo, Seedream, Midjourney, Flux, ComfyUI, Kling, or similar AI tools is valuable, but your portfolio is what matters most.
