Program Manager banking with hands on AWS and .net

**Job Title: Program Manager (.NET / AWS)**

**Location: New York City, NY - Hybrid (3 Days/Week Onsite)**

We are hiring a **Program Manager** with a strong technical background in **.NET and AWS** for our client based in **New York City, NY**.

This is a Hybrid role requiring 3 days/week onsite in NYC.

About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and drive complex IT programs end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation in .NET, hands-on experience with AWS, and a proven track record of managing large-scale programs.

Key Responsibilities:

*  Lead end-to-end Program Management for multiple technical projects and initiatives

*  Define program scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements

*  Drive execution of .NET based applications and cloud migration/implementation on AWS

*  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, QA, and Business stakeholders

*  Manage program risks, issues, dependencies and ensure timely delivery

*  Provide strong technical oversight and guidance leveraging your .NET background

*  Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum best practices and governance

*  Prepare and present program status reports, dashboards, and executive updates

Mandatory Requirements:

*  **10+ years of overall IT experience** with at least 4+ years in Program / Project Management

*  **Strong Program Management experience** - handling multiple large-scale programs simultaneously

*  **.NET background is Mandatory** - Prior experience as a .NET Developer / Lead / Architect

*  **Good knowledge of AWS** - Cloud services, architecture, deployment

*  Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

*  Experience with Agile methodology

Preferred Skills:

*  PMP / PgMP / Agile certifications

*  Experience in managing onsite-offshore teams

*  Prior experience in enterprise-level application modernization
