Job responsibilities
- Design and build backend services for payments, accounts, and ledgers
- Write clean, well-tested, observable code
- Operate services in production with on-call rotation
- Mentor junior engineers and review designs
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams
Job requirements
- Five-plus years of backend engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems
- Proficient in Go, Java, or Kotlin
- Experience operating production services
- Excellent communication and design skills
