IntentChat is the AI-powered customer engagement platform built by Intentify Media Network, a global marketing and technology group operating across 9 countries with 200+ specialists and 300+ brands served.

IntentChat helps businesses capture, qualify, and convert leads across WhatsApp, website chat, email, SMS, voice, and social. We are scaling the product globally and building the in-house creative team that carries it.

The Role

You will own the video and motion output for IntentChat. Product demos, feature launches, paid social ads, founder content, explainer films, sales assets, and app store creatives.

This is not a role where you wait for a brief and execute it. You will sit close to product and marketing, understand what each asset is meant to do, and build it. We care about output that converts, not output that looks busy.

If you have been experimenting with AI video tools on the side and want a place where that is the job rather than a hobby, this is that place.

What You Will Do

• Edit and produce short-form video for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and paid ad placements
• Build motion graphics, kinetic typography, UI animation, and product walkthroughs for a SaaS platform
• Create AI-generated video content using tools like Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Veo, Sora, and similar
• Animate product interfaces and dashboards into clean, high-clarity demo sequences
• Design supporting static assets: thumbnails, ad creatives, carousels, and campaign visuals
• Work to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across every asset
• Handle sound design, colour, captions, and export specs for each platform
• Turn raw founder and client footage into finished, publish-ready content
• Ship at pace. We run weekly content cycles, not quarterly ones.

What You Need

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on video editing and motion graphics experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Demonstrated experience with AI video generation tools
• Solid understanding of pacing, hooks, retention, and what makes short-form content hold attention
• Ability to design as well as edit. You should be comfortable creating an asset from a blank canvas.
• Portfolio or showreel is mandatory. Applications without one will not be reviewed.

Nice to Have

• Experience editing for a SaaS or tech product
• Screen recording and UI animation experience (Figma, Rive, Lottie)
• DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, or Blender
• Experience with performance ad creative and variant testing
• Basic understanding of what makes an ad convert, not just look good
