Job Description
Virtual Assistant — Digital Marketing & Platform Management
Sparks Gallery is looking for a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to manage our Kajabi platform, run webinars through EasyWebinar, update social media, and our Shopify store. The right candidate is nimble with strong organizational skills, understands digital marketing tools, and can work independently without daily oversight.

- Weekly check-in every Monday
Requirements
- Ability to manage Kajabi and Shopify backends with training.
- Familiarity with EasyWebinar or similar webinar software.
- Ability to build and manage Mailchimp (or similar) automations, flows, and tagging.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or similar social scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with meta tags and alt text for web.
- Willingness to learn Meta Ads if not already proficient.
- Strong attention to detail and clear written communication.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines without daily check-ins.
- Experience with Zapier and Mailchimp automations preferred.
