Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented F/C bookeeper to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations while providing occasional administrative support. This part-time role offers growth potential to full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Reconcile financial statements, bank accounts, and expenses
- Maintain accurate records for reporting and tax purposes
- Support budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial reporting
- Provide occasional administrative or personal assistance (scheduling, correspondence, document organization)
Requirements:
- QuickBook Knowledge is a must
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience (CPA certification not required)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality
- Effective communication and time management skills
Preferred:
- Experience supporting small businesses or executives
- Graphic Design/Canva Knowledge
