Our core architecture and initial platform build are already executed and running smoothly. Now, we are looking for a world-class Technical Co-Founder & CTO to take the wheel of our technology stack, expand our autonomous system capabilities, and scale us through our upcoming fundraise and beyond.

Role Description As Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Dream Fund AI, you will lead the end-to-end technology vision, architecture, and execution for an AI-native fintech platform focused on home ownership. This full-time, hybrid role in New York, NY involves designing and scaling core systems, overseeing AI and data solutions, and ensuring platform reliability, security, and performance. You will collaborate closely with the founding team on product strategy, translate business goals into technical roadmaps, and manage the engineering lifecycle from prototype through production. On a day-to-day basis, you will guide engineering priorities, review and refine technical designs, recruit and mentor technical talent, and work with partners across lending, real estate, and community organizations to integrate their needs into the platform. You will also be responsible for establishing best practices in software development, data governance, and compliance relevant to fintech and housing.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to design scalable architectures, evaluate AI models, and interpret complex financial and user data.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with co-founders, investors, partners, and cross-functional teams, and to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Sales-related capabilities to support fundraising, pitch the technology vision, and engage strategic partners and enterprise clients.
• Marketing-oriented skills to align product and technology decisions with market needs, support go-to-market strategies, and contribute to platform positioning.
• Research skills to explore emerging AI, fintech, and housing technologies, assess regulatory requirements, and inform long-term product and technical strategy.
• Proven experience building and scaling technology products in fintech, AI, or related domains, ideally in startup or early-stage environments.
• Hands-on expertise with modern cloud infrastructure, data platforms, AI/ML frameworks, and secure software development practices.
• Ability to lead and grow an engineering team, establish technical standards, and foster an inclusive, mission-driven culture.
• Familiarity with consumer finance, housing, or mortgage ecosystems, and related compliance considerations, is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
