This role plays a critical part in ensuring reliable, efficient, and scalable data exchanges across systems.

Working in a collaborative environment, the Integration Developer partners with business stakeholders, IT colleagues, and external vendors to translate functional requirements into technical integration solutions. Technical proficiency in programming and scripting, relational databases (SQL), web services (SOAP/REST), and data formats such as JSON and XML is essential. Experience with languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and procedural SQL (e.g., PL/SQL), as well as familiarity with project management and business analysis methodologies, is considered advantageous.

While position responsibilities vary, every member of our community is expected to foster a culture of belonging and a healthy work environment by communicating across differences; being cooperative, collaborative, open, and welcoming; showing respect, compassion, and empathy; engaging and supporting others regardless of background or perspective; speaking up when others are being excluded or treated inappropriately; and supporting work/life integration of oneself and others.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and 2–4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, deploying, and supporting integrations using the Boomi platform.
  • Experience designing and implementing integrations between large enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, and Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in integration and API development, including working with web services (SOAP/REST), and data formats such as JSON and XML.
  • Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, C++, JavaScript, APEX) and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
  • Ability to design, execute, and support unit testing and user acceptance testing processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
