Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end-to-end features across modern React front ends and Node.js back ends
• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams in an agile environment
• Champion best practices in code quality, performance, and accessibility
• Mentor peers, lead code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Integrate APIs, manage state, and ensure seamless user experiences
• Deploy and maintain cloud-based solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ commercial experience in full-stack development with React as your primary front-end framework
• Deep knowledge of React (hooks, context, performance optimization) and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong Node.js back-end skills, including REST API design and authentication
• Proficiency with state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query)
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
• Cloud deployment and containerization know-how (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure)
• SQL/NoSQL database experience (Postgres, MongoDB, Redis)
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills
• Bonus: Next.js, GraphQL, Storybook, Figma, accessibility standards, PWA/mobile, AI/ML integration, sports/wellness sector experience
