Software Development Engineer-II
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Onsite (HSR Layout, Bangalore)
Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 5 days a week
Availability: Immediate Joiner

About the Role
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and work across backend services, frontend interfaces, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll build and maintain features end-to-end- from database schema to UI- as part of a small, generalist team where everyone contributes across the stack.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain backend services in Java (Spring Boot or equivalent)
  • Build responsive, performant UIs in React JS
  • Design and optimize MySQL schemas, queries, and indexes for scale
  • Deploy and manage services on AWS
  • Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
  • Debug and resolve issues across the full stack from DB to browser
  • Collaborate closely with product and design to translate requirements into working software
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Must-Have Skills

  • 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Strong backend development in Java (Spring/Spring Boot)
  • Solid experience with MySQL - schema design, query optimization, transactions
  • Proficiency in React JS- hooks, state management, component architecture
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services
  • Understanding of REST API design and integration
  • Familiarity with Git and standard version control workflows
  • Ability to work independently and own features end-to-end

Good to Have

  • Experience with Flutter for mobile app development
  • Exposure to microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker)
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Prior experience in a B2B SaaS or healthtech/wellness product environment
