Job Description
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in software development (Fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply for Junior positions).
- Experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is an advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain web-based, desktop, or mobile applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Perform software testing, code reviews, and quality assurance activities.
- Maintain and update existing software applications and databases.
- Develop and maintain APIs and system integrations.
- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and system specifications.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements where necessary.
- Ensure software security, data protection, and compliance with company policies.
- Participate in project planning, system architecture discussions, and technical meetings.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
