Role Summary

The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions to enhance platform functionality and business process automation. The role involves advanced scripting, workflow development, integrations, UI customization, and platform support.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and Scoped Applications using JavaScript and Glide APIs.

Configure workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Service Portal components.

Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.

Perform code reviews, manage update sets, and support Agile/SAFe development processes.

Develop automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot platform issues, and assist with performance improvements.

Create reports, dashboards, and technical documentation for platform visibility.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and administration.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide APIs.

Good understanding of ServiceNow data models, architecture, and platform best practices.

Experience with integrations, web services, and enterprise application connectivity.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and source control tools like Git.

ITOM / ITSM / CSM / SPM Modules

Reporting and Performance Analytics

Qualifications & Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.

Experience working with at least two ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, CMDB, ITOM, or SPM.
