Tech Lead (MEAN + AWS + AI)

Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) and AWS Cloud Services to lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have proven technical leadership experience, a strong architectural mindset, and exposure to Generative AI (Gen AI) or AI-powered application development.

This role requires mentoring development teams, driving engineering best practices, and delivering robust cloud-native solutions while exploring AI-driven innovations.

The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence, mentor engineering teams, and architect scalable, high-performance solutions. Experience of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

concepts and integrations is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, architecture principles, and best engineering practices.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using the MEAN Stack and AWS services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, scalability, and security across applications.
• Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native development.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/ML, and recommend their adoption where beneficial
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables effectively.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, and related services.
• Proven experience in system architecture and designing scalable applications.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Serverless Architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience working with AI/ML frameworks and integrating them into enterprise applications.
• Experience with Data Engineering or Big Data platforms.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js.

Educational Qualification:

• BE / B. Tech (65% and above)
• MCA (65% and above)
