Job Description

Location:

New York City — full-time, in person

Compensation:

 Commensurate with experience

About the Role

N4XT is looking for an exceptionally organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Chief of Staff.

This person will be at the center of a fast-moving business spanning fashion, culture, events, and technology. You will own scheduling and coordination across the company, support business and personal priorities, and create the systems that keep leadership and the broader team operating efficiently.

The ideal candidate is discreet, detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and always one step ahead. You should have excellent judgment, understand how to prioritize competing demands, and anticipate what needs to happen without waiting for direction.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who wants to grow within fashion while working closely with leading brands, designers, investors, creatives, and cultural partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Own complex calendars for the CEO and Chief of Staff, coordinating all internal, client, partner, investor, and personal commitments
  • Apply strong judgment to meeting priority, timing, length, preparation, and attendees—not simply place meetings on a calendar
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts, protect leadership’s time, and ensure the right conversations happen at the right moment
  • Coordinate business and personal appointments, reservations, errands, and day-to-day logistics
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including transportation, accommodations, detailed itineraries, and last-minute changes
  • Prepare leadership for meetings with relevant materials, research, schedules, and background information
  • Attend select meetings to capture decisions and action items, then follow up with team members to keep priorities moving
  • Manage expenses, contacts, company calendars, files, onboarding materials, and recurring workflows
  • Support investor relations by organizing materials, maintaining data rooms, and coordinating investor schedules
  • Conduct research and help prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and executive materials
  • Support special projects and on-site execution during New York and Los Angeles Fashion Week
  • Manage show seating, ticketing, invitations, and master guest lists with a strong understanding of the fashion landscape and its key players
  • Handle sensitive business and personal information with complete discretion
  • Identify needs, solve problems, and step in wherever necessary to keep the business running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • At least one to two years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills
  • Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to anticipate needs and stay several steps ahead
  • Clear, polished written and verbal communication
  • Complete discretion when handling confidential business and personal information
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Workspace
  • Strong research and analytical abilities
  • Experience managing investor materials or data rooms is a plus
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry and confidence interacting with senior clients, creatives, talent, investors, and VIPs
  • Flexibility to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends during key event periods

Why Join N4XT

N4XT is building a new model for how designers, brands, technology partners, and consumers connect through fashion. As the team behind New York Fashion Week and Los Angeles Fashion Week, we create platforms and experiences at the intersection of culture, commerce, creativity, and innovation.

This role offers direct exposure to the decisions, relationships, and operations behind a growing fashion and technology company. You will become a trusted partner to senior leadership, contribute to high-profile initiatives, and have meaningful opportunities to expand your responsibilities as N4XT grows.
