What You’ll Do

• Design and develop AI-powered automation solutions to improve business operations
• Build AI agents, AI assistants, and intelligent workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other LLMs
• Develop integrations using QuickBooks API, Anthropic API, OpenAI API, and other business applications
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows
• Learn existing accounting and operational processes and transform them into AI-driven solutions
• Build custom connectors, APIs, dashboards, and automation workflows
• Continuously research and implement emerging AI technologies that create measurable business value

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in AI Engineering, Automation, Software Development, or a related field
• Strong Python programming skills
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and AI automation
• Experience with Claude, Anthropic API, ChatGPT/OpenAI API, Gemini, or similar AI platforms
• Experience integrating APIs, building workflow automations, and connecting business systems
• Basic understanding of QuickBooks, bookkeeping workflows, QuickBooks API, and financial process automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A problem solver who enjoys turning business challenges into AI solutions
• Curious, self-motivated, and always learning new technologies
• Passionate about business process optimization and automation
• Comfortable working directly with business leaders and translating ideas into practical AI applications
• Someone who takes ownership and enjoys building innovative solutions that create real business impact
