We are now looking for a creative and hungry Social Media & Growth Assistant to help us grow our online presence and generate quality leads.

Role Overview

This is a remote role for someone who understands:

* Instagram content

* Reels editing

* Luxury aesthetics

* Social media trends

* Basic Meta ads

* Brand consistency

You do NOT need years of corporate experience.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

* Manage Instagram content calendar

* Upload reels, posts, and stories

* Maintain consistent luxury aesthetic

* Write engaging captions

* Research trends and competitors

* Help improve engagement and reach

Content Editing

* Edit short-form reels and videos

* Create simple luxury-style graphics/posts

* Maintain NOIRA brand identity

* Organize content folders and assets

Digital Growth Support

* Assist with Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ads

* Support basic SEO/blog uploads

* Help optimize Google Business profile

* Track content and ad performance

* Suggest new content and campaign ideas

Brand & Community

* Help maintain premium brand image

* Respond professionally to basic social media inquiries (if needed)

* Research luxury wellness and lifestyle trends in London

Requirements

* Basic experience with Instagram marketing

* Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar tools

* Understanding of reels and short-form content

* Good English communication

* Organized and proactive

* Strong aesthetic sense

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)

* Meta Ads experience

* SEO knowledge

* Experience with luxury brands

* Video editing experience

* Graphic design skills
