Dynamics 365 Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex Dynamics 365 (CE / Customer Engagement) solutions using best practices

• Lead customization using:

• Plugins (C#)
• Custom workflow activities

• Power Automate flows

• Architect and implement solutions using:

• Dataverse
• Model-driven apps

• Security roles and business rules

• Develop and optimize:

• JavaScript (Client-side)

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using:

• Web APIs
• Azure Functions

• Service Bus

• Perform code reviews, enforce standards, and improve performance
• Lead technical discussions with architects, functional consultants, and stakeholders
• Support deployments across environments (Dev / Test / QA / Prod)
• Mentor Software Engineers and contribute to technical excellence

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse

• Strong expertise in:

• C#, .NET
• Plugins, Custom APIs

• QueryExpression & FetchXML

• Solid experience with:

• Power Automate
• Model-driven apps

• JavaScript, Ribbon customizations

• Experience with Azure services (Functions, Webjobs, App Insights)
• Strong understanding of Dynamics security, performance tuning, and ALM

Nice to Have

• Power Platform certifications (PL-400, PL-600)
• Experience with PCF controls
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 Field Service / Customer Service / Sales
