Job Description

Role & responsibilities

JD:

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient software solutions using Java Springboot and React to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Write clean maintainable and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables and minimize system downtime.
  • Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to improve speed and reliability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency across the development team.
