UX/UI Product Developer

The Role

• Design and deliver enterprise-level product solutions using user-centered design and modern development practices
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring scalable, integrated, and cost-effective solutions
• Champion best-in-class UX principles, including accessibility (WCAG compliance), usability, and inclusive design
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX designers, developers, and business teams to create seamless user experiences
• Provide strategic product guidance to stakeholders, including feature recommendations and technology direction
• Stay current with emerging technologies and UX trends to drive innovation in product design and delivery

What You’ll Need

• 9+ years of experience in Product Development, System Design, and Application Integration
• Strong development skills in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC) and JavaScript Frameworks (React, Angular, or Node.js)
• Experience with Front End and Database Technologies including HTML5, CSS3, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Proficiency in API Development (REST, GraphQL), Security Protocols (OAuth, JWT), and cloud/DevOps practices (Azure or AWS, CI/CD, Docker)
• Strong knowledge of System Architecture, UX/UI Principles, and Web Accessibility Standards
• Experience in Healthcare, Medicaid, and/or Medicare
