Full Stack Developer

The Role

• Contribute to building and maintaining production systems across the full stack, including data pipelines, analytics platforms, web tools, and AI-powered automation.
• Develop a close understanding of investment team workflows and help them embrace new technology.
• Work side-by-side with investment professionals and collaborate with a wider tech department.
• Engage in a high degree of greenfield work with low levels of legacy maintenance.
• Actively shape the platform and apply Generative AI and LLM-powered tooling to private credit workflows.

What You’ll Need

• Strong collaborative software engineering techniques: agile development, continuous integration, code review, unit testing, refactoring.
• Proficient in Python and on Linux platforms with knowledge of various scripting languages.
• Experience with data analysis techniques and libraries (e.g., NumPy, SciPy, Pandas).
• Experience in web-based development and visualization technology for large, complex data.
• Experience building with or integrating AI/LLM-based tools.
• Strong academic record in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
