Executive Assistant

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer across a fast-paced global business operating between Los Angeles, London, and Australia.

This is not your typical EA role. You’ll be supporting a senior leader overseeing a global marketing function, managing both professional and personal priorities while helping keep an incredibly fast-moving environment running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CMO’s calendar across multiple international time zones
• Coordinate all travel, itineraries, accommodation, and logistics end-to-end
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, presentations, and communications
• Attend meetings where required, taking minutes and tracking action items
• Act as a key point of contact between the CMO, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Support both business and personal priorities with professionalism and discretion
• Assist with office operations, onboarding, team events, and culture initiatives
• Manage expenses, vendors, office supplies, and day-to-day coordination

Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years experience in an EA or similar support role such as office management
• Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Proactive by nature with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
• Passion for fashion, culture, and creative industries preferred
