Core Technical Skills

• Amazon Connect: Designing contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and Contact Control Panel (CCP) customizations.
• AWS Services: Integrating Lambda, Amazon Lex (chatbots), DynamoDB, S3, and Polly.
• Programming: Writing backend logic and integrations using Python or Node.js.
• APIs & Integration: Connecting REST APIs and CRM platforms like Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Building interactive voice response (IVR) systems and chat flows.
• Troubleshooting routing issues and optimizing caller experiences.
• Securing data and managing user permissions via AWS IAM.
• Automating deployments using CI/CD pipelines
