HIRING NOW: Fast growing company with established portfolio throughout Los Angeles is seeking a Leasing Consultant / Executive Assistant. We are looking for someone with a motivated sales approach who won’t take no for an answer! If you come to work hard, there is much room to grow here!
Real estate license REQUIRED. Please do not apply if you do not have a valid California Real Estate license.

Qualifications:

1) Hard working and motivated.

2) Honest.

3) Reliable.

4) Loyal.

5) Willing to learn.

6) Friendly and good with people.

7) Proficient with computers.

8) Willing to submit to and pass a credit check, drug test, and criminal screening.

9) Willing to drive to properties which are all located within approximately one hour of

Los Angeles (must have reliable transportation and insurance).

10) Willing to work weekends.

11) Extremely organized and detail oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 year + paid holidays/mileage reimbursement/cell phone stipend.
