Job Description

ACG Digital AMS is looking for a highly skilled NodeJS Developer with strong AWS cloud experience to build and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Node.js, cloud-native development, event-driven architectures, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js (ExpressJS/NestJS).
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and develop microservices-based solutions.
• Develop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services.
• Implement and manage event-driven architectures using SNS, SQS, and Kafka.
• Collaborate with UI, QA, DevOps, and Product teams in an Agile environment.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Support CI/CD implementation and containerized deployments using Docker.
• Ensure application reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, ExpressJS, and/or NestJS.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.

• Strong knowledge of AWS services:

• AWS Lambda
• API Gateway
• S3
• DynamoDB

• CloudWatch

• Experience with event-driven systems using SNS/SQS/Kafka.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Docker.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with serverless architecture.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and cloud best practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging frameworks.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
