Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our revenue growth and brand positioning efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies that attract new customers, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using data and market insights to drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform decision-making
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing and sales resources
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a combined role (management experience preferred)
• At least 1-3 years of experience
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate plans into execution
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and reporting tools
• Experience with online systems and digital marketing platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of market research and customer acquisition strategies
• Master’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
