We are seeking an experienced Network Analyst to join a dynamic Network Operations Center (NOC) team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong network operations experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy troubleshooting complex network issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure and device health.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues while serving as an escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 support.
• Utilize SolarWinds or similar Network Management Systems (NMS) to proactively monitor network performance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, SSH, Telnet, and Traceroute.
• Create, track, and maintain incident tickets while ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with network engineering teams and follow ITIL processes, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
• Participate in on-call support, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required Skills:

✔ 3+ years of Network Operations/NOC experience

✔ Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices

✔ Experience with SolarWinds or similar NMS tools

✔ Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing & Switching, SSH, Telnet, and Traceroute

✔ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred:

➕ CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification
