Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and strategic AI Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative artificial intelligence solutions. Duties

• Define and communicate clear product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals, utilizing data-driven decision-making processes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, data scientists, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop wireframes using tools like Balsamiq, and design system architecture.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through deployment, including requirements gathering, analysis, system development, testing (including user acceptance testing), and release planning.
• Oversee agile product development processes utilizing methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and Agile planning tools like Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication across business units, IT infrastructure teams, and external partners to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing APIs for seamless integration of AI modules into existing systems and applications.
• Utilize analytics platforms like Looker to monitor product performance metrics and inform continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing AI or software products within an Agile environment; familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies such as Waterfall is a plus.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of AWS cloud services, databases (SQL), APIs, HTML, UML modeling, Git version control system, and mobile application development (Java).
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements design, wireframing (using Balsamiq or similar tools), test case creation, and user acceptance testing.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly across diverse audiences.
• Experience leading technical product cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments; familiarity with project management software including Jira or TFS is essential.
• Knowledge of IT governance standards related to IT infrastructure management and IT security protocols.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions; strategic management experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with IoT (Internet of Things), SaaS (Software as a Service), and data analytics platforms like Looker enhances your fit for this role.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
