A rare opportunity to support a Board-level executive at a major listed company, in a role combining high-level administrative support with real exposure to governance and stakeholder management.

You’ll be the exec’s right hand: managing a demanding, ever-changing diary, coordinating complex travel, preparing briefing materials, and acting as a trusted gatekeeper for communications. You’ll also liaise directly with Board members, NEDs, senior leadership and external stakeholders, and help coordinate investor meetings, AGM activity and corporate events.

This is a role for someone who thrives on anticipating needs, exercises real judgement and discretion, and is entirely comfortable operating at the most senior level of a listed business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full diary and inbox management, prioritising competing demands
  • Domestic and international travel coordination, including visas and itineraries
  • Preparing briefing packs and meeting documentation
  • Acting as first point of contact for Board members, NEDs and senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating meetings, events and follow-up actions
  • Supporting investor meetings, conferences and AGM planning
  • Expense management in line with company policy

Experience Required

  • Significant experience supporting C-suite, Board-level or Chairman/CEO figures within a large corporate environment
  • Experience within a listed or highly regulated business advantageous
  • Proven track record managing diaries, inboxes, travel and senior stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High discretion, professionalism and integrity handling sensitive information
  • Calm, proactive and adaptable under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail across multiple priorities
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders; strong judgement and diplomacy
