Location: Central London (2 days WFH)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus & benefits
A leading executive search firm is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their CFO practice supporting two busy Consultants. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that involves working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to consultants, ensuring projects run smoothly
- Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange international travel
- Proofread and produce documents, including presentations and engagement letters
- Oversee billing and account management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with office-related tasks, including basic IT troubleshooting
About You:
- Experience in Executive Search or Management Consultancy is essential
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Proactive, articulate, and always one step ahead
