Java Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in building scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud technologies, with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.
• Build RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
• Develop secure, high-performance applications following coding best practices.
• Integrate with databases and third-party services.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and Frontend teams in an Agile environment.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment processes.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17 .
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA .
• Experience in designing and developing Microservices .
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs .
• Good understanding of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis is a plus.
• Knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ or other messaging systems.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes .
• Experience with cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ) is preferred.
• Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
