AI Developer Intern (Full Stack + AI)

Program Overview

We are launching a 6-month AI Developer Internship Program designed for individuals who want to build real-world AI products , not just learn theory.

This is a hands-on, execution-driven program where you will work directly on live client projects , contribute to production systems, and gain deep exposure to AI + full stack development .

Top performers will be offered a full-time role at Sparta Connect based on performance, ownership, and learning ability.

What You Will Work On

• AI-powered applications (chatbots, automation tools, recommendation systems)
• LLM integrations (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Full stack product development (frontend + backend)
• Real client use cases and production deployments

Key Responsibilities 1. AI Development

• Work on LLM-based applications and AI workflows
• Assist in prompt engineering and model integrations
• Build automation pipelines using AI APIs

2. Full Stack Development

• Contribute to frontend development (React / Next.js or similar)
• Build backend APIs (Node.js / Python)
• Work with databases (SQL / NoSQL)

3. Project Execution

• Collaborate with senior developers and project managers
• Participate in sprint planning and daily standups
• Deliver assigned tasks within timelines

4. Learning & Implementation

• Quickly learn new tools, frameworks, and AI technologies
• Apply learning directly to real-world problems
• Continuously improve technical and problem-solving skills

5. Ownership & Accountability

• Take ownership of assigned modules/features
• Maintain code quality and documentation
• Be proactive in identifying and solving problems

Eligibility Criteria

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of: Programming (Python / JavaScript)
• Web development fundamentals
• Strong interest in AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies
• Understanding of APIs and basic system design is a plus
