Custom Software Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integrated systems.- Familiarity with scripting and automation within ServiceNow platform.- Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
