About the Role

We are hiring experienced AI professionals to join a large-scale Enterprise AI & Generative AI initiative. This opportunity spans multiple roles across AI Engineering, Research, Architecture, Security, Responsible AI, and Product Management, focused on building secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Build and optimize LLM, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI platform capabilities.
• Develop secure, scalable AI applications and cloud-native architectures.
• Drive AI governance, Responsible AI, compliance, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI products and enterprise AI platforms.
• Translate business requirements into innovative AI-powered solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
• Hands-on expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, Prompt Engineering, or Agentic AI.
• Python programming and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or PyTorch.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform is a plus).
• Understanding of AI Security, Responsible AI, Model Governance, or AI Product Management is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience building enterprise AI platforms or production AI applications.
• Exposure to banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, AI governance, cloud-native architectures, or AI product delivery.
