We are looking for a dedicated Medical Biller to join our out-of-network practice. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing insurance workflows, tackling claim escalations, and ensuring our operations run smoothly. What You’ll Do

• Claim Management: Ensure claims are accurately submitted, tracked, and followed up on in a timely manner.
• Appeals & Escalations: Research insurance guidelines and help navigate claim appeals, carrier roadblocks, and payment discrepancies.
• Arbitration Support: Assist with documentation and processes related to state and federal arbitration systems.
• General Administration: Maintain organized financial records, process payments, and ensure strict HIPAA compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• A Growth-Oriented Self-Starter: You are eager to learn, take initiative, and don’t hesitate to dive into research to solve a problem.
• Persistence & Problem-Solving: You enjoy untangling complicated details and have the patience to see tasks through to completion.
• Experience: Background in a medical office setting with a solid foundation in medical billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), and insurance verification. (Familiarity with out-of-network billing, Practice Fusion, or Kareo is a great bonus!)
• Organization: Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and proficiency in standard office technology.
