Job Description
- Do you have experience directly supporting C-suite leaders in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment?
- Are you confident managing complex calendars, inboxes, follow-ups and executive communications?
- Do you have excellent written communication skills, including the ability to draft or ghostwrite emails with strong judgment and tone?
- Can you operate as the day-to-day operational backbone of a very small, fast-moving team?
- Have you handled practical workflows such as invoicing, payments, event logistics, CRM upkeep or ad hoc administrative projects?
