Executive Assistant - $100k
Finance firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a skilled and professional Executive Assistant to join their team.
The chosen candidate will support 2-3 executives with an array of administrative needs. Responsibilities will include heavy calendaring, travel and expense coordination, light office management (ordering supplies, liaising with building management), greeting clients and guests, and supporting ad-hoc special projects.
This role will operate as the sole admin in the office. The ideal candidate will be independent, adaptable, and enjoy a quieter work environment.
In addition to a base salary in the $100k range, the role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits. The firm is fully onsite and the team provides daily lunches, alongside other perks.
