The Role:

You will work closely with our Chief of Staff and founder/CEO to run the operational backbone of Titan’s client and coach experience - managing multiple inboxes and calendars, scheduling across clients/coaches/VCs, drafting client- and coach-facing communications, handling contracts and invoicing coordination, and maintaining our CRM (Attio). You’ll follow detailed playbooks and be expected to execute them precisely, while flagging gaps and improvements as you learn the business.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years as an EA in a complex, high-paced environment .
• Proven track record with advanced tasks:
• Executive scheduling.
• Event planning.
• Managing confidential communications.
• Using automation tools for efficiency.
• Familiarity with early-stage startup environments , where you are expected to produce quickly and independently.

• Intense and annoyingly pushy. Able to push back on big founder/CEO personalities.
• Enjoy working in chaotic environments and fast-paced environments,
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail, you catch problems before they become problems.
• A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before being asked and follows through without hand-holding.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities - you can context-switch all day without dropping the ball.
• Low ego - willing to do whatever needs to get done, without treating any task as beneath you.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator - you represent the company in every email, message, and interaction.
• Comfortable learning and following detailed SOPs/playbooks precisely, while spotting where they should be improved.
• Not afraid of repetitive, detail-heavy work done at high volume and speed.
