Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Architect with a strong background in Operational Technology (OT) network architecture to lead the design, planning, and modernization of mission-critical network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing secure, scalable, and highly available OT networks supporting systems such as CCTV, PA systems, CBTC, Bus Radio, power, and other transportation operations.

The role requires expertise in core, distribution, and edge network design, OT/IT integration, network segmentation, cybersecurity, and legacy system modernization. The candidate will collaborate with networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business teams to develop architecture standards, provide technical leadership, and deliver resilient solutions that support 24x7 operational environments.

Required Skills

• 7–9 years of experience in Network Architecture, with a strong focus on Operational Technology (OT) environments.

• Experience designing core, distribution, and edge network infrastructure.

• Strong knowledge of network virtualization, wireless networking, and OT/IT integration.

• Hands-on experience implementing network segmentation, cybersecurity, and compliance for OT environments.

• Experience with enterprise architecture modeling tools (e.g., Abacus) and developing network standards and reference architectures.

• Ability to modernize legacy infrastructure and deliver highly available, scalable, and resilient network solutions.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
