Executive Assistant

1. Do you have experience of both working as an Office Manager and as a Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant?
2. Have you supported C-suite executives in a high-trust, fast-paced environment?
3. Can you combine high-level CEO support with hands-on office management responsibilities?
4. Are you highly organised, discreet and able to manage calendars, travel, communications, meetings, vendors and special projects?
5. Are you comfortable wearing multiple hats in a high-growth technology environment?
6. Do you have strong proficiency across all of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom?

This role would suit someone who is hands-on, highly organised and comfortable operating as a discreet, reliable partner to senior leadership. It will not suit someone looking for a purely strategic Chief of Staff-style position, or someone who wants to manage a large team rather than remain close to day-to-day execution. Salary on offer is up to $115,000 and the role is 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
