Job Description
Executive Assistant – Be the Person Who Keeps Everything Moving
Location: London
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Let’s be honest: this isn’t a role for someone who wants to quietly manage a diary and wait for the next instruction.
We’re looking for the person who is already thinking three steps ahead.
The person who notices the detail everyone else missed, brings order to a fast-moving day and can tell senior leadership exactly what they need to know—clearly, honestly and without unnecessary drama.
Our client is an established, successful and fast-thinking private-sector business with an excellent reputation and a genuinely positive working environment. They are now looking for an energetic and highly organised Executive Assistant to become a trusted right hand to senior leadership.
The Role
You’ll sit close to the action, working directly with senior decision-makers and helping them operate at their best.
Yes, there will be diaries, meetings and travel—but this position goes much further than traditional administration. You’ll manage priorities, protect time, follow up important actions and make sure nothing disappears into the cracks.
You’ll bring structure without creating bureaucracy, energy without creating noise and complete transparency to the way you communicate.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing complex diaries and constantly changing priorities
- Coordinating meetings, travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries
- Preparing documents, presentations, agendas and meeting materials
- Monitoring correspondence and ensuring important actions are completed
- Acting as a trusted link between senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Supporting wider projects and business-critical priorities
- Handling confidential information with absolute professionalism
- Spotting potential problems early and taking ownership of the solution
- Bringing organisation and momentum to a busy working environment
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll already have experience as an Executive Assistant or senior Personal Assistant, but attitude and personality will matter just as much as the job title on your CV.
You will be:
- Energetic, proactive and naturally positive
- Exceptionally organised with an eye for detail
- Honest and transparent—even when the message isn’t the easiest one to deliver
- Confident enough to challenge constructively when necessary
- Comfortable working at pace and adapting when priorities change
- Professional, discreet and completely dependable
- Able to work independently without waiting to be told what comes next
- Calm under pressure and focused on solutions
- Confident communicating with senior executives and external stakeholders
Why This Opportunity?
Because great Executive Assistants shouldn’t be treated like background support.
You’ll be trusted, listened to and given genuine responsibility. You’ll work alongside senior leaders, understand how the business operates and become an important part of its continued success.
The company is established enough to offer stability, ambitious enough to keep moving forward and fast-thinking enough to give talented people room to make an impact.
If you want a position where your judgement, personality and contribution will genuinely matter, we’d like to hear from you.
Please apply with an up-to-date CV. Every application will be handled in complete confidence.
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Casual dress
- Company pension
- Employee mentoring programme
- Health & wellbeing programme
