Role Description The Product Manager | EdTech | AI will lead the end-to-end development and enhancement of digital education products that leverage AI to improve student counseling, admissions support, and learning experiences. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves defining product vision and strategy, gathering requirements from internal teams and students, and translating insights into clear product roadmaps and feature specifications. The individual will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver user-centric solutions, oversee product releases, and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, prioritizing backlogs, coordinating user testing, and ensuring products align with business goals and regulatory considerations in the international education space.

Qualifications

• Product management skills, including product strategy, roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with EdTech platforms and AI-driven solutions, such as recommendation systems, chatbots, or personalized learning tools.
• Strong analytical and research skills for understanding user needs, market trends, and product performance metrics.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and counseling staff.
• Background in education, technology, or related fields; prior experience in international education or study-abroad services is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Education Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in using product management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, product analytics platforms).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with a focus on clear, inclusive, and student-centered messaging.
