Your journey into the Model Design Talent Pool As part of the Talent Pool process, after reviewing your application, you’ll receive a Model Design case. Completing the case is required if you’d like to be considered for the Talent Pool. It’s your opportunity to explore your own ideas in a LEGO context and to show us how you approach design through models, form, and storytelling.

We review applications twice a year. If your portfolio and design case demonstrate strong potential, you may be invited to continue the process, which can include an interview and additional creative assessments.
