Position Summary

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex UI problems, building reusable frontend architecture, and owning features end-to-end. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver infrastructure management workflows used by engineering teams at scale.

This is a full stack role. Your core work will be in React, TypeScript, and frontend architecture, complemented by backend development in Go/Java and databases.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain scalable web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design and implement reusable UI components and frontend architecture patterns.
• Develop rich user experiences involving dashboards, data-heavy tables, filtering/sorting, workflows, and complex forms.
• Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers.
• Build and enhance backend services using Go and/or Java.
• Design and integrate REST APIs and work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Own features end-to-end, from design discussions to production rollout.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to shape user-facing functionality.
• Debug issues across the full stack and drive them to resolution.

What we’re looking for

• 3-5 years of experience building modern web applications.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of frontend fundamentals: state management, hooks, component design, routing, performance optimization, and testing.
• Experience building data-intensive UIs (tables, dashboards, forms, and workflows).
• Good understanding of backend development using Go and/or Java.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently drive features.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Familiarity with infrastructure or DevOps tooling is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, or Claude.
