Senior Recruiter AI/ML & Data Science

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Recruiter with strong expertise in hiring for AI/ML, Data Science, and Analytics roles. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the talent landscape, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to partner with business leaders to deliver niche and high-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for AI/ML, Data Science, GenAI, MLOps, and Analytics roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source top talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle, and niche AI/ML communities.
• Screen candidates on technical skills (ML models, NLP, Deep Learning, LLMs, Python), problem-solving ability, and cultural fit.
• Build strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
• Manage offer negotiation and closure.

Required Skills Experience

• 5 10 years of recruitment experience with minimum 3+ years in AI/ML Data Science hiring.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP / LLMs / GenAI, and Data Engineering basics.
• Proven experience hiring for Data Scientist, ML Engineer, AI Engineer, and GenAI Specialist roles.
• Expertise in Boolean search, X-ray search, and talent mapping.
• Experience working with global stakeholders (US/UK time zones preferred).
