Program Manager, AI Data Operations

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to operate with energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment.
• Ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time.
• Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to define projects, execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and to budget.

Responsibilities

• Understand various Google products, tools, and processes and leverage them to push machine learning based automation and increase operational efficiencies.
• Understand develop and collaborate with engineering and cross-product groups to find solutions to optimize and scale on machine learning and imagery curation/moderation pipelines.
• Deliver analysis and drive new insights and uncover improvement opportunities, identify and implement solutions for Machine learning projects.
• Partner with the AI Data Infrastructure Engineering teams and act as the interface for Operations and delivery teams to support Customer Success.
