About the role

We’re looking for a talented and aesthetically driven Visual Designer to join our team on a project basis. You’ll work closely with our brand strategists to translate briefs, content, and strategy into polished visual assets primarily for social media. This is a great opportunity for someone who is design-obsessed, fast-moving, and excited about working across diverse client brands.

What you’ll do

• Design scroll-stopping social media content, including carousels, static posts, stories, and brand kit mockups
• Work directly with brand strategists to understand client goals and translate them into compelling visuals
• Interpret content briefs and structure them into clean, engaging design layouts
• Maintain strict visual consistency across all deliverables, adapting style to each client’s unique identity
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously with a high standard of quality and attention to detail
• Contribute creative ideas and design solutions during team reviews and client briefs

What we’re looking for

• A strong aesthetic sensibility — you care deeply about how things look and why design choices matter
• Proficiency in Canva — you can build beautiful, on-brand content efficiently and confidently
• Solid understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate it into visual storytelling
• Excellent grasp of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work independently from a brief while staying aligned with the brand strategist’s direction
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within a remote team environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• A portfolio or sample work submission is mandatory — we want to see what you’re capable of

Bonus: Video Editing Experience

If you have experience creating short-form video content or reels (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar), that’s a strong plus. As our clients increasingly lean into video-first content, this skill sets you apart.
