Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support software deployment, implementation, and upgrade activities.
- Install and configure software at customer locations across India and overseas.
- Troubleshoot application, connectivity, and configuration issues.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support.
- Assist in customer training during implementation and Go-Live.
- Coordinate with the development team to resolve customer issues.
- Prepare implementation and support documentation.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Computer Operating Systems, Computer Networks, and TCP/IP.
- Familiarity with Databases is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of Serial Communication, USB, Ethernet, or Industrial Communication is desirable.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations.
- Passion for learning new technologies.
